Thanks PMROIDS for caber en Roaccutane, just on time because I’m on deca and susta cycle and I’ll start use it from today , but I need someone to tell me how to use Roaccutane because I never used and I’m really suffering from oily skin and acne .

Im using it now and im running 30mgs a day
20 mg a day will work but you need to use it for 6 to 8 month. My doctor gave me 60mg a day. But i always only used 30 and saved the rest. It does take time..maybe 2 months before you see clear skin, and once it's clear you can go to 20 eod, maybe even e3d. It has like a 72 hour half life.. I was using 30mg e5d and stayed clear.
Make sure you drink lots of water. Take some liver protection too and no oral roids.

Dosages are based off weight. 0.5 to 1mg per kg of bodyweight. Nose and lips be dryer than you have ever had so be ready for that. If your 115kg start at 40 for a few weeks and if you tolerate it then see if your acne is healing. You may need it 4 to 6 months the first time. After maybe 20mg will work well. My doc put me at 80mg a day and as soon as acne was clear I dropped it to 40 and worked great. Don't tax your body with Oral steroids or drinking and stay out of sun or you will burn quickly. Chap stick your nostrils when dry and lips. Use lowest effective dose. Read about side effects.
Suppose to get liver enzymes and kidney function test every 3 months while using and before you start. Just fyi

No prevention bro , my back , shoulders and even top of my arm start to be full and really annoying, what shall I do ?
A full cycle, I'd ask a dermatologist, my cycle was 2 months 40mg ed and 4 months 20 ed. Sides were heavy but skin (back, neck) looked like I never had acne after that.
Really, so I’m 115 kg now and I will add more because still 8 weeks for my cycle to end if I’ll use 20mg per will work , if this so I’ll buy more of course because I’m full even shy to take of cloths in gym .

I use aro Balkan 12,5 mg per day now , I had done blood work before this cycle and everything was in range , I know I need one now but it’s not easy in this stupid country .
