i reached out to PMR customer support after 2 vials of Beligas test in my recent order had rubber stoppers that were eroding on alcohol swabs and causing PIP. not only did they send the replacements for the original 2 defective Beligas vials, but they also sent me 3 extra vials of Ultima test as well! i'm very happy with how this was resolved. thanks PMR!
