Pmroids accutane
I have ordered from them In the past but not in quite some time and I gotta say, they don't seem to have changed much at all...still very fast to respond, always helpful have great selection of products, and the gear is as good as any other.
Pmroids allowed me to be a part of their promo and was currently finishing up a cycle and not gonna run another for a few weeks so decided I'd try something different so I could use it immediately and be able to review them and vote.
Well, accutane has been on my mind for many years now, I have severe bacne on or off cycle, maybe 1 or 2 days every summer where it's not so bad that I don't get embarrassed taking my damn shirt off.
I've research it time and time again...and finally said fuck it ...worst case I get the shit sides and stop, best case I get rid of this acne lol
So I used the promo to get 5 x 50pk 20mg pills which would give me a Lil over 4 months @ 40mg per day...but after reading a LOT of new research and studies and reviews, I decide to low dose it and go from there.
I broke a pill in half and took half in morn and half at night for a 20mg per day total for the first 2.5 wks.
During that time, I didn't really get any horrible side just dry lips and eyes and mouth...my acne went away by I'd guess 70% withing a few days...BUT, at about 2wk mark I started getting syst type pimples on my face and neck which I've never had before.
They were huge, painful and couldn't do anything to get rid of them beside wait.
Then round 2.5 weeks I decided to up my dosage to 40mg a day 1 in the morn and one at night.
Round that time my acne on my back would go one day almost gone and the next all hell broke loose
....but by the 4.5 wk mark, all the cystic ones on my face had almost healed and my back, chest, arms, ass thighs...all about 90% clear...I cannot say enough how much of burden it feels like has been taken off me...I have been running round shirtless for the last 3 weeks and not worrying who's gonna walk by and see my gross ass back.
Now with that being said, I gotta now tell about the dark side of this shit...with doubling the dosage , came new side effects almost immediately.
I am sweating profusely day and night, worse than I have on high dose tren!
I also have issues getting winded doing nothing at all and cannot catch my breath (also simular to tren except this is worse),
I've began getting a few nosebleeds, my mouth is so dry I can't speak but afew words at a time before having to drink something or my lips stick to my gums lol
My skin has dried out alot, but also is very sensitive and sometimes hurts to even touch.
Iv began losing hair which is very odd because mu shits thick and never in my life have I had hair start thinning like this.
I'm also beging to get weird vision problems which I've read can end up permanent, I've got bone and join pains almost all day. Can't sleep at night and if I do I wake up soaked but then am freezing, and finally, it just leaves you with a weird ass body high feeling...I cannot describe it good but simular to a loopy feeling you get if you stay up too long and don't sleep, mixed with a shaky about to pass out from low blood sugar feeling and the caffeine shakes all at one and it doesn't ever stop.
...so that's what my experience is so far, and honestly I'll deal with the sides to get rid of this shit but for now I believe I may go back down to 20mg per day and see if the sides go away and if the acne comes back...I'm very grateful to pmroids for hooking it up, this allowed me to try something I'd have been to pussy to ever try if I was paying my cash for it...and because of that, for the first time since puberty basically, I feel confident walking around with my shirt off.
I've always hated having a naturally built body amd all the time, energy and money invested in getting to where I want to be, but when I finally am there, acne prevents me from showing the world. Lol
Anyways, sorry I'm long winded, I'll leave the full review when I come off of it and will let everyone know how it went and post some before and after pics...(maybe, if the acne gone I will lol)

Any updates on this? I personally ordered 400 tablets from USRoids. At first, I was worried they might be fake, but after browsing forums for discussions on Accutane, I came across your post. Although my tablets are hexagonal with “0TB” stamped on them, their coloring otherwise matches yours, so hopefully they’re legitimate. USRoids provided lab results (from a Polish lab), but my main concern is the color difference for their posted lab, which showed a white tablet.
Accutane cure my acne when I was in my teens and strangely since then(knock on wood)I have never had a problem since. On cycle or off cycle. Huge amounts of anabolics or just light trt type doses. I know it's not supposed to work that way, UT that's what it did to my body. Maybe it permanently changed my oil producing areas(Accutane works by reducing oil gland size and production by up to 90%, which is why dry skin is one of the most common side effects of Accutane). I can't complain. My liver levels also never got bad. Just DO NOT get someone pregnant bc the babies come out really fucked up. It's not fair to the kid, so just be careful and have a kid while on Accutane. Good luck amd I hope it all works out for you.
Yeah I've done years of research so pretty much have everything about the stuff down pat...but from what I've read I'd say around 70% of people who run it full term, never get acne again (or not anywhere near as bad).
The ones who do get it after they stop are almost always the ones who either didn't run it long enough due to sides or ones who are doing the low dosage route 10 to 20mg day and they don't run it long enough...going the low dose route you should run it an additional 3 to 6 months longer than you would doing the standard treatment which is on average 40mg per day for first month, then 60 for the next month, then 80 and up to 120mg per day I've read they would go to.
...But yeah it basically frys your sebaceous glands which in turn causes less oil production as well as shrinkage of the pores.
They say that for most the acne will stay gone after treatment....and some people claim UT gets rid of acne scaring but rhats not true...because it shrinks the pores it causes the skin to tighten which makes the scars less visible.
The Dr's say pore size will return to normal after stopping treatment but I've seen and know a few people who's pores remained almost invisible after years off it.
I have extremely oil skin and huge pores...also my skin is insanely sensitive. Throughout high-school I was prescribed almost everything in the book and it only made my acne worse...then finally I had a dermatologist who asked me to stop using soap or face/body wash and just wash my face and body with hot water and bare hands (no rag) until I no longer felt any oils...then before getting out of the shower I should slowly turn the temp down until cold.
No shit, 4 days later and my acne was basically gone!
Years of hell, wasted money and time when all I needed to do was not put shit on my skin and close the pores before drying so fibers don't get in.
My bacne on the otherhand hit hard mid 20s and never found a way to control it.
Currently though, I can find a single damn pimple on my back at all. So really hoping this shit keeps it gone.
I have basically the same skin as you described & I also want to do the low dose route. Are you saying 20mg a day X 6-9 months? TIA
