+ 6 Physique Update 3/24/21 Tryna stretch it out a bit. Preparing to lean up a bit before hitting a pretty heavy bulk.

Been leaning out a bit. Just had a solid refeed week. Now gonna run a keto based diet with high protein for 3-4wks to increase insulin sensitivity and perhaps get cholesterol in better ranges. Also, ultimately to get as lean as possible to get the best results out of a lean bulk I plan to run for roughly 15-16weeks. Cheers eroiders.

What kind of cycle you planning? And is it your first? In your tracking it seems like it might be..I see you all over the GH, for the amount of money it costs it's definitely not going to help as much as you think. Food and a few simple cycles will blow you up if your game is on point, growth just drains your wallet..

Agreed. I just happen to have some extra cash at the moment and I've played with some growth before and noticed a leaner/tighter look while growing. I love the science and experimenting with things. I plan to run a Test/EQ run with a little GH in the equation for roughly 16-20 weeks. Simple yet effective. And yes absolutely tracking.

Leg shots updated. Keep in mind these are also back from around June of last year. Have definitely made a little more progress since then, but more so in definition and density as I have cut fat twice over the last 8-9 months. Getting prepared to hit single digits and blow these bitches up. The work is getting put in. Results will show soon enough.

Squatted 365x4 clean for a PR the other day. They are a work in progress. Much better than what this picture would indicate. Calves are super weak. Quads and hams are coming together. I'll try to find a better pic. I work legs 1-2x week hard as hell. Trying to bring them up. This pic doesn't do them justice at all. Not that they are anything impressive either. Will try to post somethin up. The shorts in the pic and compression shorts create a bit of an illusion.

It doesn't help either when ur 6'0 and u have long legs, it's just how it built doesn't mean u can't grow them u just are gunna have to eat and put slot of work into them, I'm gunna have to do the same damn thing dude.... I'm gunna start with once a week for some.time the switch to training the. Twice a week and I'm just gunna concentrate and work on a few exercises that really work and that I really feel them...... Like I like alot how martin fritzwater and Brett wilkin trains

Yeah very true. I have been working hard on these twigs. I’m definitely making progress as of lately as I’ve really tried to dial in and make mind muscle connection, slower eccentric reps and higher volume. Got veins starting to come in on upper and lower legs in places that I have never seen. I feel the results of this new effort is at the very least opening up the gateways to more possibilities with my legs. We shall see when cals are upped on this bulk.

Deff man fucking legs u gotta hit hard as hell unfortunately, I see alot of guys that have good legs they really concentrate not on so much moving the weight but actually going slow on the eccentric like ur saying.... And use a heavy enough weight to hit high reps maybe in the 15-20 range and also maybe try the one or two tops sets that are super heavy and shoot for atleast 8 reps.... And sometimes it's not always squats, squats are deff good but u can perform them different to hit ur quads more or hit ur glutes and hamstrings and quads alil..... I think whatever feels really good and where u get a good pump along with a good contraction and something that feels good n comfortable.... I got some work to do also.... But when u do have enough muscle there it'll look even more impressive

I dont care what gym you use. Get it in wherever you can.
Not sure about the keto diet but you have a plan then follow it. Lean bulk lets see what you got bro show us the end result. Keep working and own that gym. They might not have heavy weight but put those 75lbs up for 30 reps or more.. goodluck

Commented below on the other posts. This isn’t my only means to a gym. By no means. Free weights are still the bulk of my program. But absolutely I can get damn good workouts even at PF. Smith machine squats/Decline with emphasis on slow steady movements and contractions. Isolation machines and cables and of course have been doing exactly that with the 75’s. Hitting about 5 sets of 15-20reps with 75s with ABSOLUTE form in place is totally a mind blowing workout. So many ego lift. I know my goals and what I’m after and it’s quality. Form is everything. I learned in dungeon/garage gyms with minimal equipment. Gotta be creative.

I put down some bad shit in my life and I’m committed and have found a hobby that I’m passionate about. No laughing matter that I can see. Shit always makes me laugh when I see dudes commenting like this on forums. You would think if you two were so content and humble in your own goals/progress that it would be all love. Stay tuned. PF obviously isn’t the only tools at my disposal. I have a gritty fucking dungeon style Ronnie Coleman-esque gym that I frequent as well as a home gym. Cheers fellas.

Appreciate that. No harm no foul. If its all in good fun then I'm all for it. Guess I just gotta get to know some of the personalities on here. Everyone can agree that PF is a joke. I still get haggled occasionally for banging sets of deadlifts off the floor on their Smith machines. Gets old. It's like come on man. They clearly are not a gym that gives two shits about a "bodybuilders" progression. It's all about saving face and keeping their marketing strategies alive. So Karen and her bitch best friend don't get butt hurt and insecure that their weak ass workout routines aren't going to cut it. Nor their fast food diets. It's all about allowing people to feel the comfort of their own bubbles in a public gym setting and environment.
