+ 6 Physique Update 3/24/21 Tryna stretch it out a bit. Preparing to lean up a bit before hitting a pretty heavy bulk.

Been leaning out a bit. Just had a solid refeed week. Now gonna run a keto based diet with high protein for 3-4wks to increase insulin sensitivity and perhaps get cholesterol in better ranges. Also, ultimately to get as lean as possible to get the best results out of a lean bulk I plan to run for roughly 15-16weeks. Cheers eroiders.
