It’s hard not to cater to the one muscle group everyone has that tried to run ahead of the rest of the body. As I told Bill1976 thanks for checking out my progress. PcushionLol damn that’s harsh man. I didn’t say I don’t work biceps I just said I don’t enjoy it. I finish every bicep workout with 4 sets of controlled 21’s. None of that cheating uncontrolled swinging bs that engages a lot of back. After those last sets I feel I have to have my man card somewhere.

Why on earth do you hate training bi's? I can't comprehend this type of thinking. Arm day is an easy enjoyable training session.
PcushionBecause no matter the exercise working biceps is always some type of curl. Every other body part involves more than one motion. Realistically the only reason they even develope like they do is my love for back workouts.
Not true. The highest actual bicep activation is pull ups, which also gives you wings.
PcushionI always do wide grip pull ups but really pull with my lats. I also use the negatives to really burn them out. I do indeed feel these some in my biceps but they fall secondary to the lats due to my execution. I know if I change my grip the biceps will receive full benefit, but due to my love with back workouts if I am going to do a pull up I am going to put emphasis on lats.
