Hey man, what is your thyroid dosage and do what time do you tale your T3? What your TSH? How long habe you been takibg thyroid? Are you self medicating or treated by endo? I have been put on thyroid myself pretty recently but still need much to leaen kn this domain...
Hi bro. I take 3 tabs of T3 per day. That is 75 mcg per day. First thing in the morning with orange juice.
Tabs are 25 mcg of T3 each. I dont know latest TSH levels. I have been on it for about 2 years.
Self prescribed at first was killing myself literally with 150 mcg. per day. Doctor adjusted to 75 mcg per day after blood test.
Please listen to the doctor. T3 is not something to joke with.
I know, T3 is very potent. I myself am on 37.5mcg T3 split in 3x 12.5mcg. I find that this is plenty for me. do you also take any T4?
Do you happen to know your fT3?
How do you feel overall? Mood, hair growth, body temperature, sleep, caloric intake?

Honestly I did not feel nothing from T4.
I feel really good on this dose. I dont know fT3.
do you take T3 with food?
I just drink one small glass of orange juice with it. Then have water. I eat 30 mins after that.
Pharma is the best choice, especially for pct's meds!
