I’d never heard of that John haack before with not being into powerlifting etc but just googled him and he’s not a big lad for that amount of weight is he! Mental really!
Mate about 3 years ago I had him licked on flat bench, then all of a sudden he's just screamed from around 200kg to 260kg, soon he'll be deadlifting 400kg no doubt. He's put on a tonne of weight over the last year but even that is impressive. Currently he's the most talked about powerlifter in the world pretty much .....
What’s your flat bench then press? You compete or just do it for yourself?
ClassyChassisThe only thing I ever heard him admit to was Ostarine, but that was a couple years ago. He's probably graduated to Tren by now
They seem to admit to the absolute minimum they might be perceived to be able to get away with - He was last quoting 500mg test and 50mg anavar per day. Yeh right, as if that gets you a 260kg bench and 385 deadlift Lmao Thing is he's never gonna give away his secrets to the opposition and plus all the current and future sponsorship deals would be down the drain.

I dunno why but the way he's now constantly beetroot faced and huge I think its big test & Anadrol combined with high HGH and taboo .....
Its been ever since he started kicking about with Strength Cartel he's just ballooned and we all know what a gear junkie Big boy is Lol
