Hi ime running 1ml =100mg every 3days but mixed with 1ml= 300mg of ugl (gentech) Deca as well but I've noticed more fat loss when I started on the Pharma the scales are not moving up or down but my size is going up a lot and like I said fat is going down and my joints are loving the extra protection I have no akes or pains I recover so fast I can train 5 days a week with no issues ime loving it have also run the Holland gold tops they are just as good

No problem bro Ye diet is clean & low test with a good ai and defo caber as this shit gave me mega Deca dick but the caber sorted that out a treat
