How did that inj SD go? For me, that shit FUCKED ME UP, in the sense that it sent me into a really intense depression/lethargic sickness that left me literally unable to leave my bed for more than a short period, and the whole time I was just arguing with myself not to get back in bed. I was completely and utterly miserable while that shit was in my body. Training and following a diet plan were completely out of the question.

I use sd only to peak after diet .i diet on low carb , when achieve desired bf% i reintroduce carbs and load with sd for 2-3 weeks .
Makes dramatic diference , muscle pushing through the skin and looking leaner while being 3d
This is only time i use sd , not a fan of orals
