+ 35 One Year Transformation

ad

Yo fellas,
Long-time lurker, first real progress post. Dropped from a hefty 350lbs (fluffy dad-bod territory, no cap) down to 234lbs current. That’s over 100+ lbs shredded off in what feels like forever, but gear made it sustainable and kept most of the muscle. Been running Arctic Titans from titans.to the whole way—gear is clean, potent, zero bullshit PIP, and bloods confirmed it’s firing on all cylinders.
Rough cycle/setup (ongoing, been blasting/cruising smart):
• Base: Test C/E (500-750mg/wk split, depending on phase – their Test E/C is smooth as hell)
• EQ: 400-600mg/wk (great for appetite control early, vascularity later, steady lean gains without crazy water)
• Test P: 100-150mg EOD (for the kick-in sharpness and to front-load aggression on the cut)
• Tren Ace: 50-100mg EOD (the real fat-melting beast—veins popped, hardness insane, but sides managed with caber/low dose + good sleep/food)
Started heavier bulk-ish to build some base after the initial natural cut, then shifted to aggressive recomp/cut: high protein (300g+), moderate carbs cycled, deficit most days but refeeds to keep metabolism humming. Training: 5-6 days heavy compounds (squats/deads/bench/OHP rows), some accessories, cardio ramped up (LISS + HIIT). Sleep dialed, AI on point (Arimidex from Titans), prolactin in check.
From soft gut and no definition to capped shoulders, thicker chest/arms, veins everywhere, and a flat midsection finally showing. Still got some fluff to chase off, but this is night and day. Arctic Titans gear is legit AF—fast UNC shipping, discreet, and the stuff works (test maxed bloods, free T high, feeling like a beast). Won’t switch sources anytime soon.
Anyone else run similar stack for big weight loss? How’d you handle Tren sides or EQ bloat? Tips on final cut phase?
Hit me with thoughts, bros. Stay grinding. ----

Fantastic transformation sir.
You’ve done more in a year than I’ve done in 2 you should defo be proud!

Question, how do you feel about your pecs?
I’ve lost considerable weight and added muscle but my tits are similar to yours.
It’s like excess skin almost. I fear every day for gyno haha

He says 500 to 750 based on phase. He then says bulking and then heavy recomp/cut. So I don't think he's meaning that the 500 is his cruise.

No clue until he comes back on here… I’m not mad at him, I just hope this isn’t the new trend of running test levels 2000+ calling it TRT and throwing in extra hormones with no break.

A portion of your bloods are and your MCH/MCHC is saying you are anemic or at the beginning stages of liver or kidney disease. What are your lipids? Did you not order a full panel?

My hdl was 4 and my ldl was in the 100’s but it’s under control now except for the kidneys. Stage 2 kidney failure but I’m better now

Are you gonna post the entire year stack and doses? Would love to see the full new blood panel.

People on here come for guidance. When a guy comes in here and performs the miracle transformation while running a year long ccycle mixed with tren, eq and other exotic substances… who do you think that influences? When you don’t detail the health risk that you have obviously experienced others will try to follow this path. It’s not safe. It’s not cool. It’s definitely not appropriate. It appears people are congratulating you on a path no person should even consider. This path will kill you.

More than that I am nice and kind to everyone in this forum and I thank god that this forum exists I couldn’t have learned all that I have without it. I have made mistakes but that’s because I have no gym friends I’ve done everything on my own with the help of the friends I have made here. I am healthy I am fit, I am not a role model for anyone but anything is possible that you set you mind to

Nothing exotic at all, for the first 4 months I ate 1 pound of blue berries a day ran every single night 3-5 miles lifted weights after running Suffered through the pain of starvation was hospitalized for 10 days, had surgery to remove my gallbladder Due to severe jaundice that’s before running a single compound. As soon as felt healthy I added some compounds and continued with my self induced torment. I was tired of being a fat fuck and watching my wife suck the cocks of other men. Nobody can follow me because nobody could do what I do. I’m driven and goal oriented i succeed when others fail. I lost 130 pounds in a year. Try to mimic me. Until you suffered through the humiliation of 20 years of spousal abuse you wouldn’t be motivated enough to change the way that I am

Transparency is the most important thing in this forum. 4-5 years ago there would have been a plethora of guys asking the same questions I am. You need to document your mistakes for everyone to see…. That includes blood panels and cycle data.

I’m sorry I yelled at you we could be friends, send me a dm so that I can know what you are looking for because I feel like i I have been transparent

Wildling's picture

lol yell all you want! I and some others wanted to be certain if you were running these compounds longer than warranted. You can’t lift weights and look sexy if you are in a casket. We also don’t want that for others. Smile

Get yourself healthy. Stick to the minimums. You don’t want to be on dialysis my friend.

Yeah definitely. Just throwing that out there as some hopeful thinking. It is bad wording on his part, just hope I pieced together what he actually means.

Yeah, the most important thing here is that he has left that horrible woman who was mentally abusing him.

Solid! Just out of curiosity, how long have you been running the current gear? I start to cringe when someone talks about their one year rebuild and mention one cycle lol

He said he's blasting and cruising test is his base so I'd assume what's posted is a blast hopefully

In a promo × 2
Wildling's picture

He did a review in August where he did three months of a cut mix (test/tren/mast). This blast, cruise terminology is becoming too retarded. Noobs are coming in here thinking it’s ok to just switch in and off gear. You are either TRT or running a cycle. 500mg of test a week over the past year is 365 on cycle. I want to see his full metabolic panel. His MCH was low which is either anemia or his kidneys are damaged.

I haven’t been on full go in a while… I’m just getting started back into where I used to be. I’m 36, going to be 37 in May. 10 years ago was a different person than getting married, having a kid, going through COVID and dealing with my wife’s cancer for two years, but keep going.

Still trying to figure out about all this gear I’m allegedly pumping in as well when most everything I take has been for maintenance on TRT.

Odd this is your response when it’s a genuine question regarding his bloodwork.

In a promo × 1
press1's picture

For sure mate he definitely needs to get his bloodwork checked as from his posts on Titans he was running a lot of heavy gear for most of the year, some heavy/nasty stuff also that isn't mentioned up top.

I know people are going to run what they want to run but some of these are a nightmare on the system. My lipids went awol during a five week dbol bender… everything else was in the green though. Losing this much weight in a one year period on top of the drugs is taxing in the body.

How can I grow huge now?

In a promo × 1
Pandateston's picture

Eat clean in a real caloric surplus.
Train hard with progressive overload.
Sleep well and prioritize recovery.
Use enough gear + GH to actually support the workload.
And most important: time.

Hypertrophy is a long-term process, not a weekend project. Don’t confuse real muscle with glycogen, water, and scale weight. The pump and bloat fade … real tissue stays.

Consistency + patience = size.
Slow and steady wins, keeps you healthier, and actually builds something legit.

Grow your ass the right way lol.

And btw … I do believe in you. You’ve already shown you can make smart decisions and get solid results. Just keep stacking those wins.

Must eat to grow. It's the hardest part of losing a bunch of weight and then pulling the switcharoo. It's very nerve wracking.

You must be in a calorie surplus to grow size. There is no other way.
