Been a year since finding this site. Always great info. Have a long way to go to reach my goals and will be 42 in a few months. Have added muscle in a year and lost fat but its a marathon not a sprint. Thanks eroids community!

breakingfaceLooking good. You can def. see the mid section tightened up, which makes a huge impact in your overall appearance.
You are correct about the marathon. Taking progress pictures helps a great deal with motivation. Whenever I hit a few weeks with little/no growth I look at photos from last year and realize how far Ive come.

Thanks Grid. Keep it up too! I know I have changed because the pants are all falling off and this past summer had dozens of "Holy Shit are you juicing" and more attention from females
