I see a lot of posts regarding guys thinking they tore something. I don't want to discount any injuries or pain someone is suffering from. But I just wanted to point out that if you actually did tear a muscle or tendon its not going to be pretty and you WILL know its more than a tweak or pull. This is a shot from 2 years ago when I tore my bicep off my forearm bone. Obviously had surgery and have a permanent titanium screw holding the tendon on now. My arm is recovered but I cannot go very heavy anymore. Thats fine though, with proper form I still get a lot of growth, arms are just under 18 inches. The point is if you feel something dont panic, just rest and listen to your body. If its really f'ed up you will know it!!
