Hey guys I know this isn't lab tests, didn't know where else I could post a pic of my nutrition through fitness pal. 6'3" 203 pounds trying to hit 215. Goal is 3500-4000 calories a day. Just wanted to get some thoughts. That was yesterday at 3850 calories. TDEE 3069

Lower your fats to about 100-110, make up the difference by upping your carbs. Also try to lower saturated fat and replace it with more mono if possible.
If having trouble getting in more meals use high calorie weigh gainer shakes. Super easy. Split meals solid than liquid.
Tells nothing about your TDEE etc... Plus, I think you'll get in trouble for posting this in lab tests - as each section is strictly for those things. Just my opinion.
Edited, thanks
TDEE?
Come on, Mate.
T.D.E.E = Total Daily Energy Expenditure.
You NEED to at least know the basics to be able to take full advantage of your diet.
There are lots of free online T.D.E.E calculators available online to help you if you need them. (Just Google TDEE).
Hope this helps
TDEE - 3069, my bad I've figured this before and knew I had to take 500 calories over it that's why my daily goal is 3500-4000 in order to grow. I was more worried about fat, sodium and sugar input
Doing your research now, as you have, is going to help you climb the bumps in the road that many fail to get over because their bumps feel more like mountains to them, Mate.
One of the hardest issues I had with my own diet was breaking the portion sizes down to where I can feed the system more meals, therefore more quality calories and ingredients, than great big lumps on the plate 2 or 3 times a day.
In respects to our diets, more on each plate is DEFINITELY not always best. (IN MY OPINION, OF COURSE).
I'm In the same boat. Was 20 minutes late to work today as I was trying to weigh my portions this morning. So much easier to slam down a big meal instead of several smaller meals but I know that's incorrect. What's your opinion of eating carbs after 2pm? Do you do it?
Personally, I try to keep my high Carbs within my morning meals, I.E; porridge oats with raisins for my second meal of the day, approx, 45-60 minutes before I workout. The Carbs from the oats of course don't hit in within that time, of course, but about half way through my workout, the energy starts to disperse nicely, WITHOUT the need to chuck your guts up.
I will occasionally spoil myself with a spaghetti bolognese, MAYBE once a week or two weeks, depending on the yearnings. But damn it sits heavy with me for hours afterwards.
Since changing my dietary needs, I prioritize my meals to 60-65% Protein, 30-35% Carbs and as little fat as I can by restricting how I cook my meals. One issue I do have, I LOVE MY CHEESE. One of the hardest things for me to cut out of my meals has been my cheese. So I will allow myself to cheat now and again and add some to my chicken or fish and rice.
If we cut out all of the bad things we enjoy, what's the point (LOL).
I agree. I had eggs last night and had to throw a little cheese in there with hot sauce. But I buy the 2% low fat cheese so it helps. Thanks for the input
