+ 1 Natty restart bloodwork
ad
Tried to restart natural T levels as doc recommended me to start TRT and with the help from ppl on this board decided to not do TRT and try to restart myself. I ran HCG at 1000iu EOD for a week. I immediately started nolva/clomid/aromasin after last HCG shot. This blood work is 2 weeks in on PCT protocol. Looks like test is still low but LH and FSH are in check. Does this mean I have primary hypogonadism?

When you have primary hypo it means you have testicular failure. In this instance you would see elevated LH and FSH above the ref range since there is no signal to cause negative feedback so both will peg to double digits and test levels will be low or low normal.
Endo is going to have to figure this one out but its hypothalamic or pituitary in nature.
The fact you used HCG for a week prior to the serms combined with the high LH and FSH numbers worry me to be honest. Your test number should be higher assuming the HCG was legit. The fact you have elevated FSH and LH numbers are a good thing though. It shows part of your axis is responding. If I was you I would continue on with PCT and recheck in 2 weeks. If still high FSH and LH with low Test then you are destined for a trip to an Endo.
Checked hcg with preg test and it was positive. My regular doc wanted me on TRT, can a endo doc do anything different?
I should first start off by saying I have never had this happen but am familiar with the process.
Main difference is that an Endo is specialized in the endocrine system and therefore more knowledgeable in HRT. An Endo will just go through certain steps to isolate the problem and then do what he or she sees is the best course of action. Your blood work right now screams primary hypogonadism but then again I am not a doctor that's examining you in a proper setting.
Thanks mofo. I've just never felt this crappy. Even before the month of TRT the doc had me on I felt tired but I had libido. Now I am dead tired all the time and 0 libido
rocketballzI think you have it give it at least a month to get your body going again. FSH and LH precede testosterone production so I would think the natural test will follow too...in about another two weeks. I would think your T levels would be higher by then but everyone is different. Keep doing the clomid nolva combo for a couple more weeks. Your E2 looks good too, maybe a bit low. That could be from the aromasin. But I'm not a doctor and you don't have to take my advice. The protocol that guys seem to respond to is first 2 weeks 100mg clomid and 40 mg nolva ed split up into am and pm doses. Next two weeks its 50mg clomid and 20 mg nolva ed split up the same way.
That's the protocol I am following. Someone told me if I didn't see a spike in test after the first two weeks that I would need TRT.
