Hey man, I work with a lot of people at my local gym. You've got a solid frame and I have seen people with your build go from what you posted to much thinner and healthier. A couple actually turned into beasts after they put forth a lot of hard work and dedication.

CHeck with your doctor first but look into a KETO diet. It is a low carb diet, basically you starve yourself of carbs, it will send your body into ketosis where, in layman's terms will cause your body to burn fat for fuel instead of carbs. I have seen great progress in as little as 3 months. I have also seen people make good progress then go back to eating crap and you gain it back quicker than you lose it. So its a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. But after you get where your happy weight loss wise, you can reintroduce carbs to gain muscle. Always eating clean. Please research keto and see if it might be a good option for you.

I had low t as I told the other fellas. Worked out lost weight still no jump in my numbers. But at 33 they wouldn't prescribe anything even though it's a hereditary problem. I appreciate everyone's advice and give it all great thought. I'm on a low dose of t and thought the anavar would help a bit in the fat areas. Like I said my diet isnt as tight as it should be but overall not bad. Blood work reflects that statement. But Sam your right cardio needs to be better

Find a different doc. Var is not a fat loss drug. You know the problem here as you admitted. You need to be more disciplined with your diet.and you need to step up the cardio. No easy way about it. You can't out drug a poor diet or lack of cardio.

I think you will have a good base to work with but you have to knock the fat down before running any cycles.

My t level was 250. Do you think taking test e 250 a week is a mistake? I kinda thought of it as a medical dose

yeah mistake, 250 is at least double for a normal trt dose. You need to find a doc that is willing to work with you. Self adminstering trt doesn't go well for those who really don't know what they are doing.

I cant speak for Makwa but I have been on trt for many years. I take 120 mgs a week. 250 over time can raise your hematocrit levels substantially as well as blood pressure. Blood pressure if left untreated could lead to kidney problems. Always try to look at the risk versus reward. Rusty was right about the search function. Theres loads of great nutrition and dieting info on here. Goodluck...
