Currently on trt dose of test, but ordered some Tbol to sprinkle my upcoming january cycle with pre-workout dose of 30mg. Used Nouveaux before and all compounds were solid (IGF-Lr3, Deca, Win).

AnonI like to run consistent dosing with Tbol. I don't use it as a pre-workout, I think that's a terrible idea..
It has a long half-life. 16 hours, so I wouldn't consider that good for pre-workout. I split my dosage and take it morning and night for more stable levels and to keep it in my system for the synergy it has with Test, it suppresses SHBG and raises free T levels. I think you should run it consistently not as a pre-workout.
venooomI take it an hour or two before the workout, so I have the highest possible serum concentration of the oral for the most workout capacity / anabolic effect post workout. I take it together with naringenine which impairs drug metabolism and extends the half life even further. From that point of view you don't need to split the dose for orals with reasonable longer half life.
AnonI can dig dosing Tbol once a day being enough given it's very long half-life for an oral AAS. But what about a rest day? Do you skip a dose or take it on a rest day too?
Btw intresting info about naringenine. I gotta look into that.
venooomI train 6 days a week while on cycle. Given the prolonged half life as mentioned, I skip the dose on rest day. There is a trade off between liver stress and jump in hormones, but I think the latter is minor, taking in consideration longer half life, especially with naringenine.

venooomYou have to take in consideration molecular weight of the oral and molecular weight of the naringenine. If we are talking about Tbol, molecular weight is approx 335 g/mol and naringenine approx. 272 g/mol. It's hard to be 1:1 ratio which you need to impair the drug metabolism, but in my case I take 50mg naringenine with 30mg Tbol. You have to be careful if taking Naringin (vs. Naringenine), which has molecular weight approx. 580g/mol (this metabolites to 272g/mol naringenine in the intestinal track). And other orals of course have different values. You can buy naringin (naringenine) in lots of online stores, just google it. Hope this helps.
