2 weeks into cycle i came down with what i thought was a nasty case of Gastro. Just my luck! After 4 more weeks of DR prescribing me antibiotics with no improvement i was sent for a lovely colonoscopy,,Joy. Found i had Pancolitis. Just what i needed although after proper medication im nearly back to normal.Unfortunately it did have an impack on appetite etc so i was going backwards for a few weeks & thoughtof throwing in the towel this round cutting my losses.After a few comments from some guys here i decised to stick at it. Anyhow on a posiive note losing a couple of kilos & its the closest ive been in years to nearly seeing bottom row of abs lol.

Whole time i was sick though i pushed through with my training against Docs advice & all up only took 3 days off beside normal rest days. If i would have sat around at home with no gym i'd have driven my wife insane. Heading into last 3 weeks of cycle & im prepared to go flat out to find that lost 1-2 kg of lean muscle.
