+ 1 New Gear and New cycle
ad
I received my gym gear a few weeks ago and wanted to post my setup here first. I’ll try to share updates as I make progress.
This is technically my second cycle, but I consider this my first official one. I started back in 2023, but I didn’t fully understand what I was doing at the time. I know I still have a lot to learn, so any suggestions or advice from everyone here would be greatly appreciated.
This year, I told myself it was time to get back into the gym and fully commit. I believe I can do it—I just needed the right tools and a bit of extra push.
I’ll come back in about a month with another update to see if there’s any progress.
To be continued…

How do you rate the Dbol bro?
It's looking more to me like you are one of these guy's who only goes to the gym when he has a stash of steroids to run, other than that you never bother going.
How long was delivery from order to doorstep?
Hey mate, about in a week 6-7 days! I think it's quick actually
Best of luck to you. As @irongame427 suggested, make sure you stick to the gym or the cycle is kind of pointless.
What is the plan? Also, you have your bf% indicated at above 20%. Is that accurate? Might want to consider running some Reta first to cut a bit. You’ll turn more test into E2 with higher bf%.
Hi @BillyBear. I make myself go to gym 4-5 day a week at least and do each part a day. Chest, Back, Shoulder, Arms, Legs and off on Wednesday and Sunday but can be swap as long as I do 5 days a week. So far my BF is really bit of 20%, I did added some cardio on my day off like go out for walk or swimming. Would like heard from you if you can give some better training plan or advice. That will be very appreciated.
I would change up the plan a little.
I would suggest some cardio (1/2 hour or more if you have the time, before lifting).
Sounds like you're hitting each body part once per week, consider hitting them twice (you’ll get much better results) even just hitting legs twice a week will help.
I see, thanks for the advise
UNIT_those look like the old juicepal labels lol
Not sure mate. This is my first time use Austar Labs products
I don’t think it’s ever a good idea to start running gear at the same time you start in the gym. When the cycles over you’ll likely stop going. Not to mention the increased potential for injury. So you run a cycle, probably knock some years off your life just to shrink back down after. Not really worth it.
But you do what you want. Maybe you’ll stick with it after this time.
Hi @irongame427, thank you for the suggestion. I did set a goal and make myself training plan while I run a cycle. but I would like to know if you can give me some advice? I'm really a beginner?
I'll be appreciate if you can share you experience to me if you don't mind I am going to ask you lots of questions lol
