You also brought me back to the times of county water bags and card deck 52’s.. we were up too sets of 100 on push-ups within two weeks, atleast on Hblock we had a pullbar as well. Best we could do for squats was having you get up on my shoulders and steady yourself near a raftor. Other than that when I started weightraining in 2011 our group never hit legs.. for like a year straight. Always good chatting up with you Swole unlike some other pricks on this site smh
