A couple had those pro tags and gurus next to their karma .. bumping up kals, straight up confusing my legs with volume some days and just flat out nose bleeding max reps some days. Thank you sir. Your wheels are diced I actually was able to find some good spots to pin using your leg as a “model” to ask questions(obsessed).. I utilize the pyramid up and down 12,10,8,6 on barbell squats.. working wonders. Now time to get back to my cardio :/

AnonI don't do much lifting with my legs. My legs are built mostly from my endurance training.
