Never buying amps again

balkan sustamed amps fragile as fuck. broke a few and injured my fingers a few times already. the neck part is not narrow enough and it breaks at a weird place instead. never buying amps again - be careful guys !

Vials are easier to use.
same thing happened to me with the same brand ...then i was opening it like total scared litlle girl so i said no more ampules if i dont need to use them.
I have used ampoules for years and have broken a few over the years as well until I learned how to do it.
I use a pen cap or a amp opener anything to score the amp neck. Hell I have used a dremel tool before and be very careful.
Just have to be patient and work with the amps.

Are you using an amp opener, or pen cap? Shit a paper towel could prevent this. Are you simply thumbing it?
i wrapped my hands in paper towels (double folded) and when the entire amp broke the lower half of the amp cut thru all the paper towels
Damn, sucks. Ive had plenty break on me, but never got cut like this. Get yourself an amp opener, or even a triangle file to score around the neck.
