Maybe I'm getting old but I just don't understand why people run that garbage.. the only way I'm running anything like that is if I'm already am pro or going for a pro card. I get it if you're trying the shave off a tiny bit more bf but the risk reward factor isn't in my favor for what I do I would rather just eat a little more tuna out of the can lol.
Think if you split it to 20mcg at a time it ain’t that bad. Feels weird though if you take like 80mcg in one go, heart definitely starts beating faster.
