back in the day I'd run 500 to 600wk but I had health issues that put me out a few years and when I finally got back in the gym and on cycle I attempted to get back up that high by bumping up a 100mg wk starting at 300 to see how I felt...hit 500 and sides were way too much lol...it still does the trick with half the amount

yeah I havnt ever had ANY issues with the gear...one of the few who have always had legit stuff...just sometimes takes longer to get than some others but still not bad.
