Just to show you're never too old to get in shape. I started my journey in my mid-40s. After a long separation, divorce, I decided I needed to get my ass back in gear. It's only going to get harder the older I get. I'm now knocking on 50 (in 3 months), and almost at my goal that I set those few years ago.
Don't make excuses, experiment, find the right routine, diet, and gear if you so wish. Just never give up, and see yourself and how you're going to be in the future.
The best part is my ex cheated on me, she's still fat and even fatter than ever, with some very old guy, and I'm now with a tall hot blonde.
