Back in 2013 was when I started my journey on this site, and everyone has been pretty helpful, and I found some good sources of "information". Now I'm 53 and went from some OK fit guy to where people ask me my age at the gym. Thanks for having a great site, and thanks to everyone for helping me along my journey. I hoped I helped others on their journey through life as well.

Great progress bro! (that’s assuming the picture on the right is the new one LOL)
lol, yes it's the new one. The one on the left is my first pic I ever posted here before I started an all orals cycle (var), of course I'm past the fear of needles now. lol Thanks.
Fantastic!
Way to get after it sir! It wasn’t until a couple years ago that I finally accepted that training and diet are the foundation I needed to build before AAS would benefit me . My doses/cycles are pretty minimal compared to what some folks do on here but to each their own. You’re 20 years my senior. If I can achieve a physique like yours at that age, I’ll be damn proud. Way to go
Thanks man. It's a journey that's for sure. I never really set a goal, I just set out to better every day. A goal sounds like an end to me, so I focus on the journey. I've had ups and downs, but you have to hit the gym, and put 100% into it. To me the gym time is not a time for me to socialize, I can do that later in the day. Once in a while people will ask me to for tips, it's kind of weird though how they do it, they just give me a look like they're saying "help me", and then I'm like you want some help. I enjoy helping, but not many people ask. Also the hardest part for me is diet, just recently I changed my mindset to no diet, it's just the way I eat, then if I want to cheat, it's not like the cheat is normal, the cheat meal is the exception.
very nice
Awesome +2 your hard work shows
Great work
Super
RustyhookerRocked! You nailed it
I see a great job. The constancy of all these years. Lifestyle change always produces positive results, regardless of age. +
Thanks, exactly consistency and dedication, it just becomes something you do like waking up in the morning, and hitting the gym. My 40s were really bad, that picture doesn't show what I was before that. I was like 300 lbs and very soft, multiple chins, and pre-hypertension, and pre-diabetic, my wife left me, so now I just say look at me now b!tch.
