I ended a cycle with an injury to my AC joint 7-8 months ago. Dropped down to 192 I’m have been on a basic deca test cycle eating LOTS like you all suggest and I’m 212 now and I’m 8 weeks in.... thanks for all the advice I shared this privately via PM with a few buds on here I’m proud of my progress....

Standing over head press on my first tren run I was getting strong and strong .. too fast I was like just barely 190 and I was shoving up 225 for sets then I kept adding plates until I got to 265 and then it literally went snap on my second or third deep rep ... so now I don’t do standing OHp anymore lol and I haven’t done tren since... I can do 275 seated and I worked my way up there SLOW.... instead of just plate loadinf

Ouch man! So what have you done for rehab then to get it better - have you totally laid off any pressing movements up until now?

Yes I did.... for 4 months then I used bands only for press stimulation then light weight and now I can push again

Thanks fuse I’m working up to 500 grams of protein and 500 carbs idk it’s hard some days.... lol but I got a good spacing and some food that goes down smooth.... you all have helped so much.... just gotta get these legs to grow, they don’t grow like they used to man, strong legs but not big yet... I’m a little skinny down there...

Mind sharing some of those foods. Struggling with 300g protein and 450g carbs I’ve got a tight window to fit in all my food and the ones I’m picking have been too filling. Pro tip: take bathroom mirror selfies so the legs r hidden by the counter lol

Yes I eat primarily oatmeal eggs chicken and rice

Morning food
6 egg whites 2 cups of oatmeal(soak it to make it easy to drink)
1 scoop of whey
2tbs of peanut butter

2-3 hours later it’s easy to stomach a nice fat breakfast of eggs and a bagel of oatmeal... and fruit I do banana

Then I’ve been cooking ground chicken and rice in bulk and portioning this out to eat every 2-3 hours
I add in some peanut butter like just shove it in my
Mouth I guess or mixing it in the rice and chicken.... I use watered down cheap asian sauces or low sodium stuff
Then I lift after 2 of those
Prequel out is another breakfast blender like above, then I finish my last chicken and rice portion eat as much as humanly possible for dinner then I have a turkey sandwich before bed
And I eat a small meal and a breakfast blend thing at like 3am .... the middle of the night is key for me to get extra calories

I wasn’t saying they were terrible they’re probably much better than mine. Thanks for sharing some food ideas though I appreciate it. I do the same with drinking the oats, much easier to drink than to eat. About how much rice and chicken at a time? For whatever reason rice fills me up a lot more than what seems to be the normal and it’s such a big staple in everyone’s diet

I eat a cup of rice or more ... whatever I can stomach...and if I can’t stomach rice I have extra blended oatmeal at all times carbs are key for me.... I have a fast metabolism if I don’t pound calories I will drop weight fast so a dirty bulk won’t really screw me up because the fat will melt off.... it’s hard for me to bulk tho

I can’t stomach the rice I’ve been on the pasta and bread for some time now but I agree with the pounding carbs. My metabolism is fast too and I tolerate carbs all day pretty well. I’ll lose about 5 lbs a week until I’m 130 lbs again if I eat less than 3000 cal. I keep a 2200 cal shake with 200g blended carbs with me at all times for when I can’t get to food. Trying to get back to the 200 mark again and beyond. Congrats on getting past there. Well on ur way to 230
