Thanks guys. I’m hoping to hit a show in 2.5 months . Last year my diabetes stopped me, I have found I have a problem with processed grains… so poorly made food makes my blood glucose go haywire .. where if I use quality foods I sometimes don’t even need to use insulin…. But eating In a deficit isn’t easy sometimes as a diabetic
Well, one day I felt like my eye balls were gonna shoot out my face like a looney tune, and then I felt so dizzy I couldn’t function until I felt better, now I always had hypoglycemia…. So I I noticed some days I could eat an ass Ton of food and test my sugar and be 52 , eat 2 plates of food to settle at 105 or some random similar number, then the next day id be 300-400 and then 30 within hours … so I guess they said I’m like diabetes 1.5 where I still make insulin but my body sometimes destroys it …. So I I rarely use insulin, but my diet has to be consistent and have good quality foods or I’m an immediate roller coaster of blood sugar . They narrowed it down to like I said overly processed grains…. But cream of rice don’t bother me, it’s like if I have cream of wheat, my blood sugar will be ~40-50 in an hour and then I’ll eat and it will jump to 300-400 … I eat whole wheat berries soaked in water over night them boiled , no problems at all, slower digested better for me
Yep for sure Hypos can be scary things esp as they progress and your brain can't think or function, sometimes you don't know where you are! So its more to do with the way your body is regulating itself then rather than you continually eating too much sugar and becoming Type 2 diabetic as I am understanding you. Using lots of gear esp certain compounds increases blood glucose levels and also insulin resistance, I wonder whether that factored into things. When I have run lots of Dbol my HBa1c is much higher than when I have just been running say Test and NPP.
Not sure man, I wasn’t in a cycle when I got diagnosed but I know that doesn’t mean it’s the reason why,I am open and honest with my doctors they didn’t see it as a problem more concerned with the type of grains I eat. All I know is for a while now I’m 95% fine. But it also sucks going from hypo to hyper to hypo lol
How u get ahold of this guy

I never knew you were diabetic bud - definitely don't look like it
I got diagnosed last year …. I’m not like entirely insulin dependent or anything.
Was your HBa1c getting higher over time or how did you realise you were?
