Hey guys,
It's been a minute since I posted up a photo. After my last comp I ended up having another (yeah, another shoulder surgery). I took my time to let it recover...which was hard to do for several months. Luckily I started growth a couple weeks before and it made a massive difference in the healing process. Been back in the gym for quite a while now and feeling fucking AMAZING. Btw, I only applied a b/w filter because the bright lighting in the tanning room washes you out. Thanks guys.
