TBH total test at 319 is a lot better than mine Id probably be around 250 maybe even lower. I would say with ALT Liver function and and other AL number just watch your Liver if this blood test was done with just testosterone on TRT dose then try and see about liver supplements and avoid any liver toxic orals or harsh substances like Trenbolone. I have had bad experience with certain substances that may have been toxic and pushed my Liver numbers way too high. Your values will also depend on if your on cycle or whatever, just take what I say with a grain of salt, meaning it is all in perspective to your personal situation at the time the blood was drawn.
