First time? 10mg a day should be plentiful for her. A few ladies order it via myself and some go up to 20mg but do so over time and incrementally. If you have the tabs as opposed to caps in there I would be more obliged to say go with 5mg week 1 to assess and build up to 10mg - my opinion - and no, I am not a lady, LOL.
