+ 2 Monthly Progress Update

ad

Monthly progress update. The first set of pics is August 25 to September 26. I did have a week of maintenance calories the first week of September because apparently everyone I know has birthdays then so I had a lot of dinner plans I had to go to. After the week of maintenance I decided to do low/medium/high days instead of steady cals and macros across the week. Current cals and macros

High Days - 2350cal - 190 P, 58 F, 267 C (Leg and Upper workouts)
Medium Days - 2150cal - 190 P, 58 F, 217 C (Push and Pull workouts)
Low Days - 1900cal - 190 P, 58 F, 155 C (Off days)

According to my smart scale, I went from 241.8 to 235.2 lb, and from 38.4% to 34.3% body fat. I know the body fat readings aren’t exact, but the trend is moving in the right direction. Waist measurement around the belly button and love handles has gone from approx 44.05 to 42.32 inches

I also included a May 1 pic next to one from today. Since then, I’m down from 267 to 235.2 lb, with the scale’s body fat estimate going from around 47–48% to 34.3%. Waist measurement has gone from approx 47.55 to 42.32 inches.

And because one of you pervs told me to shave my chest, I did. Hope you enjoy lol.

The pervs were correct. You look much better with a shaved chest lmao. Correct me if I’m wrong but 1900 calories seem high? I assume you aren’t going for drastic changes and want to be careful to not lose muscle mass? Looking good tho keep it up

This exactly. I didn't want to crash diet. I have gained about 11lb of muscle according to my scale. I know its not perfect, but its better than spending money on dexa scans right now. TDEE calculators put me at about 2500-2800 cals for maintenance at my weight and BF % depending on the activity level I put in. I would rather take things a little slower and try to recomp a little.

Yes and maybe save yourself from super saggy skin , I know that killed my progress, got down lean enough to have abs but I seen the skin and it messed me up mentally
