Still gave you a +, but man its not a good idea to use AAS while being at that high BF%.

Definitely a lot leaner in that pic, must have been the lighting.

Bigbob, I didnt notice when I put that pic up but I def see what you seen now and cant unsee it. Thats why I titled it mirror tricks. Since depending on where I stand and catch lighting, i look like totally different people size wise.

Thanks Rustyhooker, this pic was not up yet. When bigbob commented. Only the one with my shirt on was. Amazing what the difference in light and angle can do, I cant un-see it now lol.

Appreciate the + and advice Bigbob,, but to be honest It may be a combination of the water weight, shirt and lighting. Will post one more without a shirt from same time frame to verify. Im far from competition, I just do it to relieve stress.

Jayisk, the pic without, the shirt was not up yet. They are both from a couple days difference. At this point I was somewhere between 227 to 230 ish (dont look that heavy though). Ive never tried to cut just because I love the beefy mass look and I love the feeling of walking around that heavy....prob sounds weird lol.

Yes, I love feeling like a dam rhino when I walk in the room. I mainly did heavy lifting, well heavy to me, maybe not to others. I have a very unorthodox way of weight training since I go heavy for reps which people usually tell me Im wrong for. Such as when I tore my chest and bicep, I was on the 6th rep of 350. But ignorance played a roll in it since I hadnt lifted that heavy this year but was feeling mighty that day...live and learn... I also incorporated a little bit of boxing and muay thai workouts from when I used to fight and that was the extent of my cardio to get a little bit of the water weight under control without losing too much size.

6 reps? Lol Christ that sounds exhausting - I never go beyond 4 on bench which even then is more useful for size than strength I've always found.

Yeah, i usually go for 10 of anything I lift, if I cant hit 10 then I usually wont go up in weight, think its just due to working out at home and never having a spotter. But Ive been rethinking my heavy workouts since the tear happened. I have noticed I get better quality workouts when I dont go that heavy. May have to try the 4 reps and see how.it treats me.
