Yeah, if you have ever had to deal with outsourced customer service like with Hp. Transaction could have been smoother. They want you to respond to there email after ordering with your donation info but the address went dead & it just bounced back the email. 20min later I was on the phone with a Indian (dot on head kind) & we got it all straightened out. T/A was about 10days including weekend. Not bad for coming from across the pond.
