+ 14 Saizen 3iu, iPam 200mcg/CJC129 100mcg

Here are my 7week bloods. Igf is basically hovering around 300 were I was aiming. I have been using Saizen at 3iu everyday directly before lifting. I just added the (Ipamorelin200mcg/CJC100mcg 2-3x a night), about a week ago.
I know my liver enzymes may seem high to you guys but they have been above 100 for me in the past so seeing my ALT get down to 55 tells me my TUDCA is doing its job.
Weird my HDL is low. I eat pretty damn clean. Smoked salmon I go through 3, 20oz fillets a week & also supplement Fish oil. Lot of nuts & flaxseed in the diet aswell
I’m running Test Phenyprop at 325mg, DHB at 600mg & Masteron Prop at 300mg a week. Pfizer Aromasin at 25mg a day. Think I’m going to drop down to a UGL brand at 22mg a day split AM/PM.

What's your bp been, how's your sugar(simple also) intake?
I know you said your liv enzymes were normal for you and stay in that range. Your liv helps process protein, I've found to much protein powder puts a strain on it .
I do know the purest olive oil a table spoon, I'll put it on toast helps tremendously for bringing up HDL.
Your total CL looks real good.
Keep up the good work.

I would guess that between DHB and your estrogen being on the lower side is why your HDL is low. I think your IGF would also be slightly higher if your E2 was in the 30's. Have you ever tried cardarine? It raised my HDL 12 points while running DHB, but it makes my hypoglycemic after a couple of weeks using, so i have to pulse it 2 on 2 off.
As far as you liver values go, I also use Tudca and it's usually good enough and it's convenient, but when I was using mtren couple of summers ago, tudca just would not get my liver values low enough, so i tried 1g of UDCA ed from this research site and I had 3 consecutive blood tests while running accutane, tren, tren base and m tren for 2 months straight come back in the 30's. It comes in powder form and it tastes awful, so I ended up buying caps on amazon and just made my own capsules. It's a pain in the ass, but it really works.

Ive got that UDCA Before from a top notch research company that’s not on Eroids. It was awful!! I also have got it from a pharmacy in tablet form. That sight also sold silibin which works. Think I might add that back in

It’s the powder that’s awful. Doesn’t mater if it’s TUDCA or UDCA. They just taste terrible. If you never tasted them you will likely throw up the first time you do

I was actually getting ready to order some TUDCA. Would adding it to a shake mask it ? Or would it just ruin the shake ?

+2 formpoaring bloods. DHB hammered my HDL down. It’s something about the compound. I’ve just been on a load of cholesterol suppprt to keep the total number low and my LDL low - Niacin for my HDL up a bit but still below the range. Normally it’s lovely and high. No doubt will come right post cycle.

250IU of HCG twice per week and

  • 6g of high quality high dose omega 3 fish oils per day
  • high dose high quality plant sterol supplement twice to three times per day
  • red yeast rice (you’re us based so going to need to shop online for some internationally that contains the active compound/is standardised)
  • 200g rolled oats daily
  • Niacin flush start at 500mg once a day and work up to 4 times per day (the flush is horrible but it works)
  • 60mins LISS 4 times per week
