Just hangin about the house preparing a freezer full of meals. I love to keep my freezers full and when I buy my beef I usually purchase a half cow. Saves money and it's great knowing where your cows are coming from. I've been off cycle going onto my third month in this picture.

I've grilled a ton of chicken and fried up a bunch of ground turkey for my protein sources here. As you can see, I like to cut the chicken into bite size pieces before I freeze it because it makes consumption a lot easier and less tedious. Not to mention it microwaves much more evenly and faster this way. I've used all quinoa and brown rice for my carb sources in these meals and for the veggies I've used brussel sprouts, broccoli and spinach.

You can buy these re-usable, dishwasher safe, microwave safe, freezer safe meal prep boxes online for dirt cheap! Watch out though because a lot of brands can be pretty flimsy and may only survive a few cycles between freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Boy I tell you what, making all these meals sure can take a lot of time, but it makes it so worthwhile when you are trying to gain weight and strength. I used to use fresh veggies, but man frozen veggies take so much less time and mess so I will never go back! Frozen veggies for life.
