Hell yeah there is it makes me strong as hell due to its high androgen level. There are other things better for strength and I take those to lol
Also since I cut weight to compete it adds strength without adding weight it actually helps me cut some weight to.
It’s good for strength but it’s not known for that.
Yes I find it very good for strength without adding too much mass.
