Looking to add more mass to my pectoral areas, I am a diabetic so I need to watch what gear I add to my regimen. Any help is greatly appreciated!

No one ever wants to hear the “secret” to getting a bigger chest. Hint: It isn’t a secret. It’s the basic barbell movement literally everyone since the ‘50s has used to build a big chest. You know, the one everyone seems to have an excuse as to why they can’t do it?
I'm a believer in heavier weight for the pecs quads and back.. on chest day I'll work up to the 3 rep range them come back down and do a lighter set or 2 before I move on to the next exercise.. seems to work well for me

PcushionI second Robb! Start chest with incline and increase volume. Stick to free weights and they will produce far greater result in building mass than smith machine and hammer strength machines.
A picture showing the entire upper body would help.
