Looking to add more mass to my pectoral areas, I am a diabetic so I need to watch what gear I add to my regimen. Any help is greatly appreciated!

No one ever wants to hear the “secret” to getting a bigger chest. Hint: It isn’t a secret. It’s the basic barbell movement literally everyone since the ‘50s has used to build a big chest. You know, the one everyone seems to have an excuse as to why they can’t do it?

I'm a believer in heavier weight for the pecs quads and back.. on chest day I'll work up to the 3 rep range them come back down and do a lighter set or 2 before I move on to the next exercise.. seems to work well for me

I second Robb! Start chest with incline and increase volume. Stick to free weights and they will produce far greater result in building mass than smith machine and hammer strength machines.
