+ 3 Longevity/Anti-aging panel on TRT and GH and ketogenic diet
I know this is a BB site, but I hope this is not the wrong place to post this. While I did some very mild T-only and oxandrolone cycles in the past I don´t anymore. While I am into bodybuilding, now I guess I am actually more into longevity. Who I follow and trust with longevity: Peter Atttia. Unlike most people here, I guess I am not so much optimizing for looks but rather for (mental) performance.
I get blood tests done regularly. I am keeping track of many different parameters and esp. pay attention to both my metabolic profile (LDL, HDL, TGs ect.) and hormonal profile (IGF1, T, fT, E2, Cort, thyroid) and I try to keep all free hormones in the upper 25% of the range (that my T is elevated is artefactual because my SHBG has ever been high, both due to genetics but also ketogenic diet).
I am especially glad about my CRP and LDL/APOB, which is below range (keep in mind the range is based on 95% population spread and not based on optimal values).
Very satisfied with my lab values. Only weak points IMO: liver values are slightly high as is uric acid (will likely add allopurinol).
What I take:
-0.66iu GH (genotropin from RB) (decreased the dosage and my target is 250-300 IGF1) (-> will up to 0.75iu-1iu per day)
-TRT: 500iu HcG and 75mg Test per week (Test Cyp ParaPharma from UGF) and 0.5mg anastrozole and 1mg dutasteride per week (I don´t think DHT is of any importance if other androgens are adequate and (I think) DHT is mainly important in embryogenesis to amplify androgenic action in a tissue specific manner)
-40mcg T3 + 40mcg T3
supps/drugs:
-VitB12 i.m. 1x monthly
-60.000iu VitD 1x monthly
-1.5g daily niacin (love the flushing)
-1.5g ER metformin per day
-2g pure EPA/DHA per day
Diet: ketogenic/primal; 3500kcal, 100g carbs, 100-120g protein, rest fats (MUFA and SFs)

Thanks a lot for sharing it, bro ... !!
Some points you could tweak:
-blood VitD3 is with 49 nmol/l too low. Should be ~200 nmol/l for anti-aging (see immunomodulatory effects at higher levels).
-dutasteride is definitely not an anti-aging drug (see neurosteroids), unless it's just about appearance.
-replace T3 with high doses of iodine (>10mg/day, but inform yourself first about side effects), unless you are interested in the short term fat loss effect of T3.
Molinin302There's nothing remarkable here, liver enzymes can spike with OTC meds, alcohol consumption, many many things. This is a healthy blood panel and a +1 from me for sharing it. Best wishes
