+ 2 Full lab panel on TRT, keto, metformin. Best lipids ever.

As some know, I am now more into longevity/performance and not so much bodybuilding anymore.
I run TRT at 75mg/week, along with 2x 300iu HcG and 2x 0.25mg anastrozole. I inject subQ. I have been on this protocol for over a year now. I feel great, very healthy.

I also take T3 and T4. I severely reduced the dosage of both, which is the reason my E2 is that low now and my SHBG much lower than the last time. Thyroid elevates aromatase quite strongly as well as increases SHBG.

I am on a ketogenic diet (around 80-100g carbs per day), increase carbs on days I do HIIT or longer endurance runs. Also I am on 1.5g ER metformin.

What else I take:
-niacin (flush) 2x 500mg/d (this helps greatly with my lipids as you can see)
-0.5mg dutasteride per week
-no caffeine (feel so much better now)
-daily fish oil and some other supplements. Many of which are likely meaningless, I just don´t know which ones. At least they don´t seem to be harmful.

Diet:
-around 3000kcal, 75% fats (lots of saturated fats and MUFas, around 60-100g carbs depending on the day and social events, I try actively not to go over 120g protein).

BF around 6-8% year round (DEXA says 4.8% but I don´t believe that). Some of you will say BS and they will ask me to post self pics. As said in the past, I won´t do that because I know some of my friends are lurking around here and I do have both a very recognizable body and esp. tattoos I can´t mark out. For those of you that tried keto, they know that it is not hard at all to maintain very little bf year round. No cravings, no lethargy (admittedly I do help with thyroid though).

Every now and then, around 3x/year I throw in a 5 day FMD where I eat just around 800kcal nut butter. After day 2 it is a breeze and I can get lots and lots of shit done in these 5 days.

In the future I plan on reducing the anastrozole and bumping up the T to 100mg/week. Goal is to be around 80-85th percentile in free T. I feel and perform best there and as I have absolutely no risk factors, I feel I can maintain there safely for decades ahead. I also plan on starting around 1iu genotropin again, esp. for cognitive benefits.

re "best lipids ever" - tbh. you are misleading yourself - your lipids values are 100% due to the niacin flush. Considering that you do kind of a low carb diet, your lipid values should be even much better

What was your HDL before?

It worked fine in the past. As said, as I went lower in thyroid hormones (keeping other variables constant), my E2 tanked. Also HcG tends to elevate E2, at least for me.

You are not reading what I am writing. I said that my E2 had always been fine with that protocol up until now. and wording like "tanked my E2" does imply that I am not happy and that I will adjust. And also you can´t make a blanket statement like 2x0.25mg AI is too much. I also said that I was running HcG which disproportionately elevates E2. In addition, with aromatization there is a huge interpersonal variability depending on many many factors
