Depends I’m using it for pre workout at least once or twice a week these days. And also using sust once week.

I get tne from a domestic source that’s really good some pins are a little smoother than other but nothing to noticeable.
Yeah I had issue I think with that spot I pinned maybe hit nerve and that muscle was tender. It was no real pain at all. This new bottle I did yesterday in new spot and today no issue.
