+ 3 Legs like promised!

Had legs today so they are full . Here are the pics I promised. I think my upper leg is oke not great.... calves are good size but need thickness.. I tried less wait and more reps. But that doesn't work. Dorian Yates says less reps more weight so that what I am doing now. Need to find sweet spot

Calves are one of the hardest things for a lot of taller guys to get to grow. I've found a lot of it really is genetics. Eat eat eat brother, regardless. I would hit them MWF. A combination of heavy/moderate/light weight with low/medium/high reps, respectively. In the same workout. Standing with knees locked in extension and seated with knees in 90 degrees flexion. And variations of each movement. Don't forget to focus on the eccentric motion just as much as concentric. Always end with a burnout. Stretch that fascia! +

Thanks bro, yeah I am trying very hard and sometimes over do them . No other muscle I workout this hard. But hopefully they going to growth in this bulk
