I am 97kg going at the moment. Seems to add almost no fat!! Today 130kg 9 reps last rep little help. Bench press . Shoulder injury in gone!
Gains are going smooth. Having trouble to get my legs up. Train my calves 2 time a week and going to split quads and hams. Because of the insane backpumps

Does anyone have a solution for the backpumps when doing legs? Squats and legpress?
Have you or are you using taurine?? Try to increase your water consumption also!!
I checked my intra shake. It does not have any taurine. I will add it because I have it laying around for my gf who cutting at the moment
When my back pumps gett bad I usually use between 5-10 grams taurine a day(taurine is usually pretty inexpensive)plus the water plus lots of bananas
Yeah I use a isotone drink. With electrolytes and everything. Also some carbs. Gives me super pump when I workout. But legs the lower back kills me . Tryed using a belt ... but no luck so far
Going to split legs in 2 days sof I can finish my workout.
I separate legs. Quads have their own day, hams and calves on another. Should help.
I always get back.pumps like a mofo doesn't matter how well hydrated I stay but the taurine does alleviate it a little
