+ 16 Lean with power
Lean and powerful: 2 months after pct.
Not a bodybuilder but a powerlifter adapting the bodybuilding lifestyle. I train under the so called "powerbuilding" principles. Will enter raw bench press competition soon, as I haven't completed in powerlifting since this covid mess started. Just getting back on track and back into my groove. I try to imitate 70"s gear protocols.
Eating 4 meals a day with a post workout protein and carb shake. Gatorade intraworkout at times. Simple has worked for me, why change? You have to know your body. Of course other details I'm leaving out but want to keep it brief. Quest for a raw 600 bench. Raw world record is right at 800 by Jullian Maddox. Lol nope I won't get that!
You really should be honest with members and tell them you use a Single Ply Bench Shirt like you told me in PM that time from your other account.
I'm sorry that you constantly seem to lie. Feel free to post our single ply conversation...lol you can't
Looking great brother arms look powerful!
Big improvements since I last saw a photo of you, arms look bigger but leaner
Man where have you been lol? Thanks man. Yea I had a lil water weight the last time. Came off, pct'd and shed that water. Naturally somewhat lean though.
Good job putting the graft in mate, it’s paying off. I’ve been keeping myself busy mate you know how it can be.
Yessir. Nice chatting with ya again brother and keep up that positive energy
Beasty top shelf bro!
I appreciate that man
Where at???? Lol thanks man
Alot of the best bodybuilders started there careers as powerlifters. I think you are one of those rare breeds that looks like a bodybuilder but can move a ton of weight like a powerlifter.
with your many years of bodybuilding experience I'm sure you've seen alot. Thanks Mak
A Lot of MEAT !!
Stay Healthy !
I will and same to you. Thanks
Nice pic. Cool angle, sick tris, this is art.
Art? Wow didn't expect to hear that also. It's inspiring my brother. Thanks
Okayyyyyy u see my man D-Wayne showing off that top shelf!!!
Know how I knew my chest was on point? When I can hold a soda can between my pecs.
I bet u could hold a mason jar .
That muscle maturity in those upper pecs is hard for a lot of guys but u definitely ain’t lacking when it comes to the top shelf.
Also, are those 22’s I see?
At least 21’s right?
Glad u posted D-Wayne.
Big dawgs in the house.
Like they say,” u gotta be 2-something, to do something ( meaning u gotta be at least 200lbs to hang with the fellas. Lmfao!!!
I’m sure somebody in here has heard that.
Slow that Yukon down Jack? Ya going too fast! I appreciate that my man. Lol @ ya gotta be 2 something to do something. I never heard that before. Will use that line tho!
So what are those arms measuring in at champ?
On the real I can't even tell ya. Just know my sleeves are tight as hell. What's your guess?
For a powerlifter you've got great definition bro and yah the angle helps. but Def can tell it aint just that. Looking good man!
Didn't even think about the angle. This is my 4th self pic posted. Thanks brother
Looking swole my friend! 600 bench... means you are moving 500 regularly.. that is very impressive dwayne!
Thanks my man! Even better perspective cause I know you're an analyzer...
9th grade: 330 bench/ 10th grade:350
11grade:375/ 12grade:415 bench at 184 pounds
Damn bro 12th grade benching 415 sub 200lb you really were THAT guy in the gym, I was the skinny bean pole who did not even lift.
Very impressive my friend, blessed with genetics, but I have known countless that squander their potential. You put in the work.
Again thanks my man. And yea there are plenty of genetically blessed guys that waste their potential. I know guys on the streets that could of been future Olympians
Look awesome man. Your diet definitely keeps you looking good and less like a powerlifter. Keep it up big man.
Thanks man. Metabolism. Those big boys laugh at me. Hell I should be laughing at them
Haha. Ya you should they only laugh cause they hate how good you look standing next to them. I know I would if I was a powerlifter and saw you next to me I would be mad at how much better you looked.
Lol brother 3 things in life are for certain. Death, paying taxes and HATERS! Thanks alot man.
Solid work poppin out!
Kinda like that balloon popin out from that clown huh? Remember? Lol. U know I gotta mess with ya. But thanks Hook
Stunt baloon work. Haga
Awesome brother. Im up to a raw 500lbs. Covid fucked me up.
500Ibs? You are a strong dude brother. Thanks man
Yeah. I was up to about 525 before covid. I got double lung pneumonia and haven’t been the same but back up to 500. Can also hit 500 on the incline.
500 on an incline is some serious shit - Defo worth 3 to 4 on a flat.
Your pictures are unbelievable pal!
Haha you do all that talking but where's your picture? That's what I thought. Dude don't comment on my post again ok? 2nd time you've been disrespectful. Lol wow...typical hater. Enjoy your day
Your pics are unbelievable too! Ha. Be respectful to my post. Peace
Thanks brother I don’t post any recent but im still plugging away. Someone I guess knew personally on here called me out before so Im done posting new pics. Almost took them all down. Gotta be safe for the family.
My bad brother, man I just saw your pics for the first time. Lol you a big ole dude man. Hulk is a fitting name.
Thank you brother. Up to 500 huh? Strong dude. I don't know how much longer I can keep lifting these heavy ass weights lol. I've been injury free..so far

Sorry to hear that, wow sciatica and still training? Dedication
Damn brother your the best lookin non-bodybuilder I've seen. You're a monster so whatever you're doing definitely works for you.
Wow. Didn't expect to hear that. Brother I appreciate that. A lil past my prime but something is at least left in the tank.
