Lean and powerful: 2 months after pct.
Not a bodybuilder but a powerlifter adapting the bodybuilding lifestyle. I train under the so called "powerbuilding" principles. Will enter raw bench press competition soon, as I haven't completed in powerlifting since this covid mess started. Just getting back on track and back into my groove. I try to imitate 70"s gear protocols.
Eating 4 meals a day with a post workout protein and carb shake. Gatorade intraworkout at times. Simple has worked for me, why change? You have to know your body. Of course other details I'm leaving out but want to keep it brief. Quest for a raw 600 bench. Raw world record is right at 800 by Jullian Maddox. Lol nope I won't get that!
