+ 16 Lean with power

Lean and powerful: 2 months after pct.
Not a bodybuilder but a powerlifter adapting the bodybuilding lifestyle. I train under the so called "powerbuilding" principles. Will enter raw bench press competition soon, as I haven't completed in powerlifting since this covid mess started. Just getting back on track and back into my groove. I try to imitate 70"s gear protocols.
Eating 4 meals a day with a post workout protein and carb shake. Gatorade intraworkout at times. Simple has worked for me, why change? You have to know your body. Of course other details I'm leaving out but want to keep it brief. Quest for a raw 600 bench. Raw world record is right at 800 by Jullian Maddox. Lol nope I won't get that!

Man where have you been lol? Thanks man. Yea I had a lil water weight the last time. Came off, pct'd and shed that water. Naturally somewhat lean though.

Alot of the best bodybuilders started there careers as powerlifters. I think you are one of those rare breeds that looks like a bodybuilder but can move a ton of weight like a powerlifter.

11grade:375/ 12grade:415 bench at 184 pounds

Damn bro 12th grade benching 415 sub 200lb you really were THAT guy in the gym, I was the skinny bean pole who did not even lift.

Very impressive my friend, blessed with genetics, but I have known countless that squander their potential. You put in the work.

Yeah. I was up to about 525 before covid. I got double lung pneumonia and haven’t been the same but back up to 500. Can also hit 500 on the incline.
