I am quite surprised your AST and ALT are as good as that mate! Not bad at all. How long after stopping the SDrol did you get these labs done? You say you took TUDCA the whole time on cycle too?
I went the very next day to have the labs pulled. I did take tudca every day alongside the Superdrol as well.
May want to check your iron and ferritin. It looks like you are making poor quality red blood cells with low levels of hemoglobin in it. That’s usually the result from low iron when on gear. Also check your supps and make sure they don’t have any iron chelates.
Did u dump blood or donate before these labs? Im kinda impressed by the low hematocrit level

Go injectable get you some injectable glutathione.
What's ur glutathione dosage/schedule?
300mg eod on cycle
600 off Monday Thursday.

Ohh yeah I always make sure to have 1200mg vials in my fridge will never not use it weekly
Only downside is it stings and causes pip for me so I only ever inject glutes IM and take eod or every 2days. Whats your usual dose & protocol if you don't mind me asking?
Not at all 300mg eod will bump to 1200 this next cycle in 12 weeks.
600 off cycle Monday, Wednesday.
The china pharma or Korean doesn't sting for me i get the 1200mg ones.
Take TUDCA and Milk Thistle
Astragalus Root works well on the liver too as does Artichoke Extract - Those are the main 2 things I use now. I would place Astragalus higher than MT too Plus all the kidney benefits and Inflammation reduction etc
I also took tudca the entire time I took the Superdrol as well.
That’s about when issues usually show up. Labs look consistent with the compound, not a surprise, but a clear sign of liver stress. Good call checking bloods.

AST and ALT are out of range, which looks like hepatocellular stress in my humble opinion. Bilirubin and ALP are normal, so this appears to be liver irritation rather than obstruction. Pretty typical in my experience. I’d be curious to see follow-up labs a week or two after stopping to see whether it continues to rise or corrects quickly.
I’m going to go back in 2 weeks and see what labs reveal. I didn’t tell her I just jumped off Superdrol, so she’s interested to see liver changes in couple of weeks. Really appreciate your help.

Not everyone sees 2-3× elevations, especially on a shorter run.
Mild AST/ALT bumps like this are still liver stress, mild sure and possibly just earlier on the curve to 2-3x. The important part is whether they trend back down after stopping, which is why follow-up labs matter more than the absolute peak.

Same compound either way. Oral hits the liver much harder. Injectable tends to be easier on AST/ALT, but it’s not “safe” just a different risk profile.

Pretty much. Orals in general, except for Proviron and the like, go straight through first-pass metabolism, so the liver gets hit hard all at once.
