ad

Doctor asked me to take OTC iron for 3 months and then come do more bloodwork. This is 2 weeks after taking 30mg Superdrol for 1 month.

Ordered from:

Thank you All. I have been giving blood about every 55 days, and I will stop that immediately. I also got the items you all suggested to help with iron. I so appreciate all of your help!

Yea too much, test should moderately raise RBC as is, it has to be that. It’s great that you’re keeping your blood thin for longevity but I’d switch to every 4 months. @press1 gave you a great rundown, and not to be toxic, but I don’t think a short term Anadrol/EQ run would hurt tbh. Emphasis on short

Thanks again man. I actually have some eq and test as my next run. Assuming you say eq since it’s known to raise RBC I think. I hate that bro knowledge has had me giving blood for 12 years every 55 days. Couple months back they did tell me that my levels were low and didn’t need to give.

Yes that’s why I say some EQ. I’d say it’s a LOTTTT better that you over-donated than to not have donated at all over that time period, just would adjust it now.

I try to donate as much as possible too. But I always test my ferritin and make sure I’m in 70-80+ before I donate. One pint of blood usually takes 20 points from my ferritin, and iron and vitamin c supplements take 3 - 4 months for me to get that 20 points back.

Tbh mate your Iron and Ferritin levels are so low that OTC Iron tablets won't do anything here, he needs to be prescribing you proper script strength Ferrous Sulphate tablets 200mg or similar. There are 300mg ones but I have heard these can be hard on the stomach so 200mg is the best. I have used these before and they get your levels up within 2 months or less. You can also buy them off Ebay/Amazon if you have a look and are still script strength. For reference the Iron tabs you get in the shops are generally 14 to 30mg so are just way too low for levels like yours Smile

I see your Haemoglobin is also low - Get some 1000mcg Vitamin B12 and possibly 400mcg Folate tabs to fix this as you are under probably for the same reason as the Iron/ferritin levels - Blood donations too often.

I’m gonna have to try this next time I give blood, cause 3-4 months of 36mg Ferrochel iron and 250mg vitamin c supplements takes too long!

Strange, superdrol for month and alt ast bilirubin not affected at all, imho

Change your diet, you need iron rich foods. Red meat, Nuts like Cashews and Pistachios and also take an Iron supplement.

Are you donating blood too often? This looks like what happens when people do it too much

Have you been on test for awhile? This has probably been going on for awhile. Increased epo ramping up your RBC production, low hepcidin releases more iron to be used. You crewed through all your iron and now your HGB dropped. Body is making a ton of new RBC’s to try and keep up but no iron available to help. Hence the small low quality RBCs. Do you feel like shit? I just went through this and it takes awhile to get better.

Yes been on test since 2013. Have done orals on and off and been on test since 2013. Did this run on superdrol and knew it would or could mess with your labs. I give blood every 55 days most times. Most the time.just running test at 509mg a week and sometimes I will up my doses occasionally i will drop in oral.

The super drol has nothing to do with your issues here. You are severely iron deficient due to constant donations. Load down on iron, red meat and vitamin c. Also your low ALP signifies your probably zinc, and or magnesium deficient. Be sure to take zinc and iron separately as they can compete for absorbtion.

Not sure I follow the SuperDrol reference? Does it burn up your iron?
