Good stuff. Your cholesterol should return to normal with proper diet and your hormones normalizing. I like Red Yeast Rice personally for keeping cholesterol in check during cycle and recovery. Unless you have an allergy to statins because it’s a naturally occurring form of this. Niacin immediate release has been shown to help with increasing your HDL as long as it’s not a familial genetic issue. But the side effects kind of suck. Spreading it out throughout the day and eating prior to taking this will help. Your lipids have shifts both because of your test use, aromasin use, and tbol. All of those will work against you. So this is normal.

LFTs will trend down as well with continued proper diet. They’re only mildly elevated. I wouldn’t worry much about this but TUDCA is definitely the most researched and helpful for aiding with repair of the liver.

Appreciate all the info and for everyone taking the time to help a brother out! I will be picking up these items first thing tomorrow morning....and ordering the tudca cause I doubt the vitamin shoppe will have that.

This niacin flush is intriguing....kind of worry about what to expect lol do I need to be home alone or what?

I have been hitting the sauna for 15 minutes after my workouts at least 3-4 times a week for the past month....the link below references maybe being in the sauna about three hours after taking niacin to help expel the toxins. Am I safe doing this right off lol or should I wait?

Home alone? Are you 35 or 15

Neither....but the comments about the 'flushing' has me worried, ain't trying to freak the old lady out if I don't have to lol

Fair enough. THought your profile said 35, not 37. Regardless, nbd. Its not that bad and usually subsides within 30-60 min after it kicks in. Need about 2-3 grams per day though I believe which is crazy pain in the ass. And needs to be worked up to.

Suggestion below may help. Need more info though. When did you finish cycling? Was the tbol in the beginning or at the end? What was your baseline cholesterol? Baseline LFTs? Do you smoke or drink? Other medical problems? Does cholesterol issues run in your family?

Tudca 1 gram a day for 8 weeks for the liver along with lots of water.
Niacin 3 grams a day indefinitely for the cholesterol. Start with 500 mg a day and work you way up. The flushing goes away. Take it after a large dinner and it makes it easier.

Both of these are backed by medical research.

Thanks dude..... will definitely give this a go
