This is a couple of weeks ago now. The Bold and Enanthate is starting to kick in now. Just a little fluid retention that blocks the definition a bit. Also the light isn't the best. Don't normally post too many pics but here are some any way.

Thanks heaps mate I really appreciate the kind words. You again are 100% correct. Its hard work, diet and consistency in the gym.A lot of people seem to miss that point. I think that you have to work much harder on cycle as well to get the most out of your cycle. Wd do need to catch up mate has been a while thats for sure. I did think that with my new job I would have more time to drop in but unfortunately thats not the case. Thanks again big guy and will definately catch up soon.

Cheers big unit. Getting there mate. want another 5-6kg before the diet starts mate. New job now so should be able to get down this year hopfully to the NPC Nationals. Was pissed to not be able to finnish my diet last year. Was coming in really well too. Ah well this year should be better.
