Nice was beginning to wonder if anyone on here actually trained to compete. Not that I do Im far from it just nice to know it not just meat heads who juice but someone with true discipline. My old roommate competed and Wow just dont know if I could do it. Trainings one thing but that diet bro he was almost a zombie that last week with his damn rice cakes lol...
