-1 Just some progress pics

ad

Hey all,

Been long time lurker here on the community. Just never felt like I should post anything until now. I figured I'd post some small progress shots of myself since it's been a while on my cycle. I'm a short fella, at 5'3" so....yeah. lol.

I used to lift 6 days a week, but life happened with new work, new love, new responsibilities, ya know? After about 8 months of not training, I dropped down to the high 130s-mid 140s and started getting very stressed at work because working 16-hr shifts was finally getting to me and my relationship at home. Girlfriend told me to make time for myself and start being happy again so I began going to the gym 3 days a week, now 4 days and just hoping to get as big, or maybe bigger than I ever was back when I was still 20-21.

Started at 147lb. at 5'3" maybe ~16% BF.
Week 6 at 162lb. maybe ~14.5% BF
Week 8 at 174lb. maybe 15% BF

Currently taking Test Prop + NPP at 100mg/150mg EOD. Nothing crazy, just a simple stack which has been working well. This is my 4th cycle overall (last 3 were when I was 20 of just Test E @ 500mg/wk). I've been feeling pretty good on Test - MUCH MUCH happier. I still have about 5 more weeks left (10 weeks of Test Prop / 8 weeks of NPP) however I do have two more bottles of Prop after this so I'm thinking of going another 4-6 weeks to make it 14-16 weeks. Thoughts?

I’m not gonna come on here and roast you like some people have done to me on here. But I will say, even when they did, it was actually because they were looking out for my best interest. It’s your body and your life. There are much worse drugs you could be doing. With that said, my advice to you would be to start low and ditch the 19-nor (NPP). And instead of trying to get as big as possible as fast as possible, try to get yourself in good shape with a little test. 250 mg is actually a really good dose. Keep an eye on your blood pressure. Go out and buy a monitor. Go to your doctor and check your lipids. This kind of thing. You look to me like you have a good amount of water retention. This will elevate your blood pressure, which will cause problems down the line. I know everyone wants to be “BIG” but sometimes being lean and healthy makes you look ten times better at the same weight. Good luck and I hope you take the advice of some senior members on here. I know they can be harsh sometimes, but they do mean well. You seem like a respectable kid who can take the criticism

I appreciate all the comments, even if they're negative. This is a good motivator to push harder, much harder, and I am glad that we have users who are honest.

As far as age, I am 26. My profile is off by one or two numbers. However, I highly doubt there are so many users who are 50+ and 6'2". Like, come on, we're a steroid forum, not everyone is going to risk their identities just to prove some random user wrong.

Anyway, thanks for the comments, guys. I see where I gotta work extra and I hope I can bring a better physique later.

I'm sure yours are accurate, but not everyone on here is. The loads of times I've seen 65 and 6'2 with 225lb. weight. Lol. If that were real, we'd all be Olympia Masters competitors in here.

I can always, and am willing to take any feedback. Positive or negative, it helps not become complacent. I will admit I chose the wrong photos to submit as when I am typically done with a workout, I am more vascular and aren't as shy to flex in the mirror. I also think halfway through the cycle my mind decided to try and cut down a bit instead of the bulk I was planning. That's why the weight rose to the 170s and now I'm hovering around 169-171lb.

I am not much of a size guy, but I've always been focused on strength when I train. My personal best so far have been a 335x2 Squat, 365x1 DL (double overhand, hate mixed grip), and a very weak 200x2 Bench. My chest is very weak compared to my legs. Those were all done when I was still 160-164lb. I'm trying to wean off strength programs in favor for hypertrophy now though.

I’m not trying to sound like a jerk and I seriously mean that. But I honestly think you need to work on your diet and training for a while. Steroids are not what you need right now. Looking at your build, I don’t really believe that you work out. It’s great if you’ve been hitting the gym the last couple months but I think you have a long way to go before you need to start injecting anything.

I see not much, sorry. I just see that your cycle is not necessary and prop should be pinned ed imo.

I dont see any sweat on the tee-shirt
I was looking for some sort of pump. I walk into the gym pumped. What are you eating before the gym. It doesnt look like anything according to the picture.

Most of these pictures are prior to my workout. Sweat isn't really indicative of any "pump" or work done - some people sweat more than others. But I know you meant work. I don't train with food usually because I squat every session and after 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps I feel like I gotta puke.

I respect all your opinions even if it's negative. That's what helps everybody.

Yhea OKAY. goodluck with that diet.

Training fasted and not eating are total opposites. I can break my diet down for you if you'd like. Lol. I train fasted because I squat every session. I used to eat and even take protein pre-workout and it just left me in the bathroom for 5 minutes each time. Not worth interrupting my workout to go vomit and then feel like shit the rest of the time.

Some train fasted others train with food. Everyone's different.

Squat every session. What a joke!!!!!
Goodluck. When your done bullshitting. And are ready for a real body change. COME BACK

Don't know why you're getting so butthurt over this, but okay. This is the internet, sir, no one has to believe anything, even from you. You have a good upper back and chest, but your quads look quite flat. Just a little constructive criticism from what I saw of your EBC. Perhaps work on building the sweep more by doing closer stance. Everything else looks good.

Nothing wrong with squatting every session. I've been doing that for a long time and it's helped me a lot. Some people just aren't made for that kind of frequency. Nothing to get upset about just because you prefer to hit them once a week or even two weeks. It's not a big deal.

You post a picture like that and your going to criticize this dude? The guy has less than stellar genetics and still came in diced. Easily the best abs out of anyone. There’s pro level guys on there...-2

You look very young and I think you dont need any steroids for next 5 year at least.Taking nandrolone is just stupid in your age.Its just my opinion.

JewishPanda34's picture

I'm about to be 27 now. Definitely not young per se, but not as old as some other users. As far as Nandrolone, this is my first run of it. Prior to this, I was always just doing Test only cycles and just eating.

I respect your opinion about waiting a few more years, and I would tell anyone the same. But I guess I made this decision long ago and I know the risks - which I'm fine with. As crazy as that is.

boldenone99's picture

i can see he is too young to even think about steroids he looks very puffy no muscles at all just a water retention.. thats the type of people i really dont like,i highly doubt he is 27 and 100percent he will lost all his water gains after this cycle.in his case I would go back to normal stay natty for another 5year and then maybe start with something tottaly different then deca . I was working out for 17 years natty and then start with testostorene when i felt my form and energy and my numbers of test went down before that i was doing creatine and proteins cycles Biggrin

JewishPanda34's picture

I'm assuming you are referring to TRT? I understand the risks, and it's something that I know can very well happen no matter how careful you are. Even so, it's okay for myself.

Right now, it's only a 10-wk cycle. My plan was to just bulk and train as hard as I can and hopefully get close to ~185-190lb. From there, or close to the end of the cycle, I plan to diet down. After the cycle is over, take break, and repeat in the winter time.

I don't train for any sport or anything, I just train because it's something that really makes me feel happy. In my opinion, if you make the gym a chore and focus only on some gear, you get nowhere. The gear is only a fraction of my training. I focus more on nutrition and eating what I need.
